Refund Policy

This policy explains how ConvertMint handles subscription payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests for paid plans.

Important: ConvertMint subscriptions are digital services. Once a subscription is purchased, activated, renewed, or paid features become available, the payment is non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

1. Subscription Payments Are Final

ConvertMint paid plans provide access to digital tools, file processing, account features, usage limits, and related services immediately after payment or activation. For this reason, subscription payments are final and non-refundable after purchase, activation, renewal, or access to paid features.

2. Renewals and Billing Cycles

Subscriptions may renew automatically based on the billing cycle selected at checkout. Renewal charges are also final and non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.

You are responsible for reviewing plan details, pricing, renewal dates, feature limits, and our Terms of Service before completing payment.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel future renewal of your subscription where cancellation controls are available in your account, payment provider, or billing workflow. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current or past billing period.

After cancellation, your access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the subscription provider or account status indicates otherwise.

4. Free Plan and Testing Before Purchase

ConvertMint may provide free tools, free limits, or guest usage so you can evaluate the service before subscribing. Please test the tools and review plan limits before purchasing a paid subscription.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve it. A technical issue does not automatically create a refund right after subscription activation, but we may review account-specific cases where required by law or where a duplicate billing error occurred.

6. Legal Requirements and Billing Errors

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. If a payment was duplicated, charged in error, or required by law to be refunded, contact us with the transaction details so we can review it.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact ConvertMint first so we can review the issue. Filing an improper chargeback may result in account restriction, service suspension, or loss of access to paid features.
