1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ConvertMint, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. ConvertMint Services
ConvertMint provides browser-based and server-side tools for file conversion, compression, extraction, OCR, document workflows, and related utilities. We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any tool to improve performance, security, or compliance.
4. Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing
Paid plans may include higher file limits, more daily conversions, batch processing, faster processing, dashboard history, or other premium capabilities. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle.
You authorize ConvertMint and its payment providers to charge applicable subscription fees, renewals, taxes, and other agreed charges. You can cancel future renewals where cancellation controls are available, but cancellation does not create a refund for charges already processed. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. No Refund After Subscription
Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are final and non-refundable once a subscription is purchased, activated, renewed, or access to paid features is provided. Please review plan details before completing payment.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use ConvertMint to upload malware, illegal content, infringing materials, abusive files, automated abuse traffic, or content that violates the rights of others. You must not reverse engineer, overload, bypass limits, attack, scrape, or interfere with ConvertMint systems.
7. Your Files and Content
You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant ConvertMint a limited permission to process, store temporarily, convert, analyze, transmit, and make files available for download only as needed to provide the service and operate related features.
8. Service Availability
We work to keep ConvertMint reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free processing, compatibility with every file, or successful output for every input file. Some features may depend on third-party infrastructure.
9. Intellectual Property
ConvertMint, its branding, interface, software, workflows, and content are owned by ConvertMint or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the service except as permitted by these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, fail to pay fees, or use ConvertMint in a way that may harm the platform or other users.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
ConvertMint is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost files, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms when our service, legal obligations, or business practices change. Continued use of ConvertMint after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
